A Japanese restaurant in Dublin City Centre is looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our kitchen team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in Chinese or Japanese cuisine
• Skilled in cooking fried noodles, fried rice and noodle soups
• Able to work on an iron plate grill
• Experience using a deep fryer and preparing deep-fried dishes
• Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Must have legal permission to work in Ireland
• Student visa is not suitable for this role
